Directions to the Main Office from the North

  1. Take I25 South to Exit #213 (West 38th Avenue/Park Avenue)
  2. Continue North on Park Avenue West until you get to l7th Avenue
  3. Make a Left on l7th Avenue (one way street going East)
  4. Continue on l7th Avenue to Gilpin Street (7-11 on the Corner)
  5. Make a left on Gilpin Street
  6. Continue North on Gilpin to l9th Avenue.
  7. Medical Building is on your left hand side. Cross 19th Avenue and parking garage is on left hand side. Remember where you park and take elevators to Third Floor Professional Plaza West Suite 5500

Directions to the Main Office from the South

  1. Take 125 North to University Boulevard Exit.
  2. Go North on University Boulevard (will run into York Street) to l8th Avenue
  3. l8th Avenue is One Way street going West.
  4. Continue on l8th Avenue to Gilpin Street.
  5. On Gilpin Street make a Right.
  6. Go North 1 block to l9th Avenue.
  7. Medical Building will be on your left hand side. Cross 19th Avenue and parking garage is on left hand side. Remember where you park and take elevators to Third Floor. Professional Plaza West Building Suite 5500

Direction to the Main Office from South Lakewood/I-70

  1. Take 6th Avenue exit going East.
  2. Continue East on 6th Avenue to Downing Street.
  3. Turn Left on Downing.
  4. Continue North on Downing to l7th Avenue (one way street going east)
  5. l7th Avenue make a Right and continue north to Gilpin Street
  6. Turn Left on Gilpin Street.
  7. Continue North on Gilpin for 2 blocks to 19th Avenue
  8. Medical Building is in front of you on left hand side. Cross l9th Avenue and parking garage is on left hand side. Remember where you parked and take elevators to Third floor. Professional Plaza West Building Suite 5500
